We hope that you are entirely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange a Country Pet product, please email us here within 7 days of receiving your order stating the reason for returning it and whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange or a refund of your purchase (excluding shipping costs).

All returned items must be in saleable condition with original packing and hangtag intact.

Items that are marked or damaged upon return will not be fully refunded.

Country Pet refunds are paid through PayPal or Stripe (Credit Card) depending on your purchase. Country Pet does not refund the cost of delivery.

All online purchases require a signature for delivery. Please ensure to use a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for your purchase.

VAT on goods supplied by Dapple Equestrian to the UK(mainland)

Dapple Equestrian Incoterms for Eshop transactions to customers in mainland UK will be shipped DDP (deliver duty paid).

From the customer’s point-of-view, Dapple Equestrian is registered for UK VAT, just like a UK Eshop. We charge the customer UK VAT at the point of sale, and we account for the VAT collected with HMRC.

DUTY to the UK(mainland)

All goods sold by Dapple Equestrian to the UK (Mainland) on our Eshop are supplied through Ireland and N. Ireland. There is no duty payable on these goods. This policy is to avoid the customer incurring any charges upon receipt of the goods.

Unclaimed Parcels
Occasionally parcels we ship to the customer are not claimed and are returned to us. Items which are not claimed and for which we have received no contact from the customer within 14 days regarding failed delivery are non-refundable.


Returns: Country Pet hopes you are completely happy and content with your new Country Pet item(s). If you are not entirely satisfied, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items must be unused, in original condition, with all original hangtags intact. Items are returned at the customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as Country Pet accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items. Faulty goods: If you are returning an item due to a fault, please contact us at info(at) before returning the item. The cost of postage will be refunded in full on all faulty items. Items that are returned due to the customer selecting an incorrect size and requiring an exchange for the correct size instead of a refund, the items are returned at the expense of the customer (as stated above) and an additional carriage fee will be incurred by the customer.

Ireland & N. Ireland: Free shipping on all orders over €50.

Rest of the World: Free shipping on all orders over €150.
